Responsibilities of this Role

​

•    Provide full administrative support for the Clinic.
•    Greeting clients, taking payments, booking & managing appointments.
•    Submit Insurance claims through online systems.
•    Manage client forms.
•    Answering phone calls & emails.
•    Maintaining cleanliness on the facility. - Sweeping, dusting, changing waste bins, wiping surfaces, etc.
•    Linen management - Receive linen delivery and place onto shelves.

Qualifications

​

•    Administrative experience and proficient with computer.
•    Experience using a booking system and/or electronic medical records system would be an asset.
•    Must be able to present and interact with clients and staff in a professional manner.
•    Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
