The Orchid Massage & Wellness Centre is currently seeking applications for a Client Services Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities of this Role

  • Provide full administrative support for Practitioners & Ownership team.

  • Greeting clients, taking payments, booking appointment and managing appointments.

  • Submit Insurance claims through online systems.

  • Manage client forms.

  • Answering phone calls & emails.

  • Maintaining cleanliness on the facility. - Sweeping, dusting, changing waste bins, wiping surfaces, etc.

  • Linen management - Receive linen delivery, fold & place onto shelves.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience and proficient with computer. 

  • Experience using an electronic medical records & booking system would be an asset.

  • Must be able to present and interact with clients and staff in a professional manner.

  • Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
